A light in the outside eating area would be a welcome addition and the description of towels was a little misleading. Only one towel per person. We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
