The hotel is a Gem. The overall experience was perfect: from the facilities thru the service and the hospitality of the staff. Nice hotel with modern look. Nice food especially the vegan restaurant which is included in the halfboard. Sadly the room cleaning wasn't perfect towels missing, missed to clean etc. The waiters were all very friendly.

Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.

The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room). On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)

Great place

This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.

Exceptional property the staff Kosta vasili vasiliki and angela at reception bar staff all went over way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we were taken care of. Breakfast Buffett was fantastic had a wide variety of options great location on the sea and in a quieter area however still close enough to cab into the larger cities. I would absolutely and highly recommend to stay at this property and would definitely return.

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Hotelanlage ist ausgezeichnet! Pools sauber und es waren auch immer Liegen zur Verfügung. In den 7 Tagen gab es immer abwechslungsreiches Essen. (mind. 5 verschiedene Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl und nie etwas doppelt). Sehr ruhiges Hotel, welches etwas abseits ist. Aber auf Zakynthos sollte man sowieso ein Auto oder Quad mieten um sich die Insel anzusehen. Im Grunde alles Top!
