The entire apartment is brand new and just opened this month. Everything in the apartment was new and spotless. The location is so good. It’s in the city center and you can access to different places easily. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores near by.

Kula's one bedroom apartment was well-organized and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We booked 3 apartments and all were quite comfortable and quite spacious with plenty of storage. The combined living room/kitchen area allowed us to relax after a long holiday in Croatia. We appreciated the close proximity to downtown where we explored independently and did a food and drink tour of Old Town. Restaurants we enjoyed were Oranz for brunch and late night desserts, then Batak for dinner which was great food for a great price. We highly recommend this accommodation and are thankful for the detailed description of the hotel and area we received from the host prior to our visit. He also responded quickly to questions we had before check-in. There was some mix up in the completion of our information form which was concerning but everything worked out in the end. Unfortunately, we arrived in a rain storm in the dark. Use google maps to locate Kula and walk left at Roots Juice and Cocktail Bar. It's right there but doesn't have any signage. Our Uber driver was unable to drive to Kula or on the main street at all. He dropped us at the corner and told us it was over there somewhere. We eventually found it and it was worth the trek.

Location : The area is very central just next to the funicular and easy access to a lot of the restaurants, shops and main square. The only issue is uber and taxi cannot access to the front of the hotel due to restriction of walk area with camera in place. Not good if you have got a lot of luggage’s and little ones. We could only go up by funicular or go to llica street to get a Uber. It is close only two minutes walk to llica street and funicular is always available never had to queue up . It runs every 10 minutes and is around 2 minutes going up. It is very quiet too as it is located away and behind ROOTS bar . Very convenient for breakfast and drinks from day to night Condition: it is very new and good. Floor is relatively clean as we wiped it for our baby and the tissue did not turn black. They provided cot for free but a bit disappointed they are unable to provide high chair as this is an apartment that comes with kitchen and living room . Value for money: it is great and very competitive . We cannot find any better price and condition nearby. Overall: it is great but just not suitable for us with lots of luggages and young children . However I would definitely recommend for the others who does not have this issue !
