The apartment is an uphill walk away from the tram stop, so do be warned if you have heavy cases or can’t manage fairly steep streets. The decor is not to my personal liking, dated but the room itself was good. There were two beds and I feel it would be cramped for two, but alone it was a okay size. There was a small fridge and a microwave and kettle, just perfect to save some money and not eat out every day. The bathroom is good, very clean. The boiler did make loud noises, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. I met the gentleman that owns/runs the apartments, he was super helpful, very pleasant guy. I enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is walking distance to the city. The room is small but it has everything it need to have. The owner is very kind and helpful. If you're on budget i would surely recommend this

Atendimento

Antes do check in já foi terrível, quando fiz a reserva, aparecia que tinha armazenamento de bagagem antes ou depois do check in ou check out. Ocorre que cheguei na cidade às 06:00 am, fui em direção ao local e o responsável avisou que não possui local para armazenamento, mas na reserva havia. Não teve o mínimo de bom senso para ajudar, eu e minha esposa ficamos por 6 horas sentado na praça com nossas malas, inclusive perdemos passeios que faríamos na parte da manhã. Quando finalmente fizemos o check in( não há pessoa no local, a chave fica dentro de um caixa de correio), o quarto e banheiro estavam sujos, vaso e box vazando água, poeira para todo o lado. Ficamos no local, porque era o que tinha, o responsável não resolveu simples coisas, eu não recomendo a acomodação para ninguém. Fiz reclamação no cha do hotéis.com e não foi resolvido.Contratei um serviço que não foi disponibilizado. Fiquei no prejuízo, quero uma solução pra tal situação.

A- average, nothing special but did the job for one night N- not close to centre but a range of shops within a 10 minute walk G- good communication with owner E- everything you need but a little run down L- loud- you can hear what is happening with the people staying next door to you A- appropriate for a one night stay, probably wouldn’t book again

Apartman blizu tramvajske stanice, ali i udaljenosti od 20ak minuta hoda do centra grada. Ima sve što vam je potrebno, kreveti si udobni, a domaćin je ljubazan. Parking je moguće naći besplatno u blizini apartmana. :)

Very dissapointing for the price

No on site parking, opposed to stated on the listing. Had to look for parking on the street. Extremely bad smell from the sewers in the entire building, including apartment's bathroom.
