Private: property 450 m2 (fenced), garden lawn and trees. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Super Urlaub

Dieses Ferienahus ist perfekt. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und sehr viel mit Liebe. Der Kaminofen ergibt kuschelige Wärme am Abend . Der Garten ist wunderschön und an Gartenmöben alles vorhanden. Grill, Holz, Liegestühle. Die Aussicht auf den See, mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen ist nicht zu toppen. Die nette Vermieterin spricht deutsch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Dieses Ferienhaus verdient die Bewertung auf jeden Fall Sehr gut. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr entspannt ab vom Touristenrummel

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit schöner Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenbereich. Die Lage ist toll. Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich mit Deutschkenntnissen. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannender Urlaub.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in...

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in dem sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Der Blick über den See ist einfach unbezahlbar. Das Haus selbst ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben ein paar Dinge weggestellt, um Platz für unseren Hund zu schaffen. Den Pool haben wir gern genutzt und wir haben uns im Haus und im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sprechen recht gut Deutsch und sind sehr nett. Auf unsere Wünsche sind sie umgehend eingegangen und kleinere Mängel wurden sofortbeseitigt. Noch ein Hinweis, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden: Auf der Seite von Inter Chalet steht, dass das Holz zum Kamin inklusive ist, vor Ort sollten wir dann aber 15 Euro pro Woche für das Holz bezahlen, sofern wir welches benutzen. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass dies anders auf der Seite von Inter Chalet steht, hat die Vermieterin ohne zu zögern auf die Zahlung verzichtet. Reisetipps: Südböhmen ist reich an Burgen, Schlössern und zahlreichen kleinen Ortschaften und Städtchen, die sehr gepflegt und sauber sind. Jahrzehntelang unzerstörte Architektur von Bauernbarock bis Renaissance kann man fast überall bewundern. Wander– und Radwege sind gut ausgeschildert und zumindest im Mai war es nirgendwo überlaufen. Hinweise auf Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten liegen im Haus in Form von Broschüren und Faltblättern aus, die wir auch noch ergänzt haben. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben jeden Tag Neues entdeckt.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit einem sehr schönen Grundstück. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Ein gemütliches Haus mit schönem, ruhigen Garten und ausgesprochen herzliche Vermieter, die immer für einen da sind. Im See wollten wir nicht baden, da waren uns zu viele Fische drin, aber es gibt ja einen Pool im Garten.

Ich habe es mal so zusammengef...

Ich habe es mal so zusammengefasst, Urlaub auf dem "Trödelmarkt", es ist alles vorhanden,vom Geschirr aus dem letzten Jahrhundert bis zu Ikea Plastetellern man muss es nur finden und sich zusammenstellen. Technische Ausstattung komplett vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Bei kühlem Wetter ist das Heizen des Kamins etwas exotisch aber es funktioniert. Nach 1,5 Stunden fängt er an richtig zu heizen. Holz ist zwar vorhanden, muss aber erst zubereitet werden (sägen, hacken) das vorhandene Werkzeug stammt auch aus dem letzten Jahrhundert dieses hat mir einen Baumarktbesuch beschert.Eine weitere Heizungsmöglichkeit gibt es nicht. Das Wasser des angrenzenden Sees ist nicht jedermanns Sache, stark grün gefärbt, baden habe ich dort keinen gesehen. Dafür ist am Ferienhaus ein schöner kühler Pool vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Am Ort schlechte bzw. keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dafür im 10 Km entfernten Budweis alles was das Herz begehrt. Globus Markt ist da sehr zu empfehlen.Ruhige Lage, nur da in Tschechien es kein Wochenende gibt fahren täglich von 16:30–20 Uhr diverse Anwohner in den Wald und schneiden Holz.Die Vermieterin ist umsichtig und freundlich deutsch kein Problem. Reisetipps: Für Radfahrer ein Paradies, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Budweis (10Km), fast alle bekannten Discounter vorhanden.Etwas weiter entfernt das Ferienparadies rund um den Lipnow Stausee ( 50 km), was jedem etwas bietet. Bootsausleihe, Schiffsrundfahrten, Spielplatze, sauberes Wasser zum Baden, großzügiger Strand Klettergarten und Aussichtsturm usw. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist die kleine Therme in Gmünd (Österreich) zu empfehlen. Ein Besuch in der Welt Kulturerbe Stadt Krumau an der Moldau ist einen Ausflug wert, am besten um die Mittagszeit, da sind die Touri – Busse erst imAnrücken. Man kann dort sehr gut essen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gemütlich eingerichtet und idyllisch gelegen. Absolut Klasse fanden wir auch den Pool. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet u. absulut ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingeräumt, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hatte eine Sache die kaputt war, gleich behoben und sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht es am nächsten Vormittag zu ereldigen. Das ist schon sehr lobenswert. Man kann sich dort sehr gut entspannen, das es sehr ruhig liegt und man nur die Natur hört, kein Autolärm nichts was stört.
