Great location!

This house is super nice and in a great location. Very convenient and close to grocery and restaurants. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Snowbirding

This is an awesome place not only to stay but also to gather and have a peaceful amd good time. It is incredibly clean and has all the things necessary for our stay to be delightful. Plus our host was attentive and was always on top of things by communicating often. If you're coming to Yuma, this is a great place to come back to after exploring the city and rest.

Perfect location, wonderful home

We visit Yuma regularly to spend time with our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons. This home is very welcoming and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Lots of little amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Neighborhood is perfect since the home is walking distance from our daughter. Great communication with Tera and she was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Don’t miss this one!

We couldn’t have been happier with this Foothills home! Wonderful location, fully outfitted, beautifully decorated, white-glove clean. The real plus was the accessibility of our host Tera, who went out of her way to anticipate our needs, and responded immediately when we had a question. If you’re hesitating, just book this one, and you won’t be sorry.

Girls Golf Getaway

The start of our trip was a little rough so the gift basket with treats when we arrived was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise! The property is as described in the ad. The location was very convenient for groceries and to our friends RV park. There were many great restaurants in the area or a short drive away. We enjoyed a date farm tour which was also close to the house. Golf courses were ok but not the caliber we are used to in the Phoenix area. We played Mesa Del Sol and Desert Hills (twice) and Coyote Wash which was about a 25 min drive but worth the drive. We also took a drive across the bridge to California and checked out the sand dunes. That was a cool thing to see.

Wonderful and comfortable

We needed a location close to our family other than staying at a hotel. This house is perfect. It is cozy and comfortable with all the touches of home. We loved it some much we have booked it again. Thank you to our wonderful hostess, Tera, for making our stay perfect.
