「At check-in time, the receptionist didn't smile and seemed unwelcoming. I finished check-in and went to a buffet restaurant "feast". 「宿泊に関してはとても快適でしたが、ホテルの入り口が地下にあって、地上に表示もないので分かりにくく、最初は迷ってしまいました。隣り（隣接したいる）のビルはデパートで、飲食店もたくさんあり、スーパーもあるので食べるのには困りませんでした。ただ、地下鉄の駅は遠いので、交通の面では不便かも。」

「Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay.」
