Septic System: The home operates on a septic system. It is crucial that you only flush toilet paper. Please do not flush feminine products, wipes (even 'flushable' ones), or anything else.

Wildlife: You are visiting a natural desert environment. Please be aware of local wildlife and do not leave food outdoors. Be mindful of your surroundings, especially at dawn and dusk.

Pool/Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced weekly. Please do not tamper with the equipment.
