We are located in the center of Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. 7 min from Joshua Tree visitor center & 10 min to pioneer town. The best location (really) Gorgeous Mountain Views with sunsets, BBQ, Huge swimming pool and spa, Ping pong & pool table, PlayStation, games, fully fenced yard for your fur babies to roam, telescope for star gazing, outdoor cabanas, outdoor bar, and bocce ball. Pickle ball court 1 block away. A really great house that checks every box.

Centrally located on the border of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. Conveniently a stones throw away from all major grocery stores, restaurants and attractions.

- Please book for the exact number of guests & pets that will be entering the home. We will not allow any unauthorized visitors. There is an extra guest fee of $35 after the 4th guest.

- No parties or events allowed. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Music needs to be at a reasonable level, any complaints and we`ll have to evict with no refund (property is equipped with noise level monitoring devices as required by the city).
Exterior quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM
No guests allowed on the property other than what is on the reservation.

There is no fee to heat the above ground jacuzzi. It will be on and warm when you arrive, just use the panel on the front of it to turn on the jets. Please remember to put the cover back on it when not in use so it can maintain heat.
*PLEASE NOTE* The pool and in ground jacuzzi cannot be heated.

-PETS-
If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation details. There is a one time pet fee of $75 (2 dogs max, no cats.) If things are chewed up or animal urinates inside house or if excessive pet hair on couches and beds we charge extra.

-MAINTENANCE-
The property is maintained regularly, you may see gardeners and/or a pool guy during your stay. They are there very briefly (30 minutes or less) and only maintain the outdoor areas of the property, not inside the house.
CLEANING FEE-
The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Anything excessive will incur an additional fee.

-CHECK OUT-
When you check out, be sure to collect ALL of your trash and put it in the large trash can, wash your dishes, and return the keys to the lockbox.

1. NO music or yelling outside. (If we receive noise complaints we could lose our license to rent)

2. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house EVER (weed included) There is a $250 smoking penalty fee.

3. Please book for the exact number of people that will be entering the house. NO additional guests other than what you booked for and no unauthorized visitors. Keep in mind there is an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night after the 4th guest.

4. You must park all cars in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor`s houses.

5. DO NOT touch/move the artwork or decorations. DO NOT rearrange furniture.
DO NOT use towels as rags. They are for water. If you stain towels with blood, dirt, or grease we will charge you.

6. Pets are welcome. There is a one time pet fee of $75 per pet. (2 dogs max, no cats). Please be sure to add your pets to your reservation details before you arrive for check in. Please clean up after them; they are also not allowed on BEDS or COUCH. It takes hours to remove dog hair off of a bedspread.

7. All stolen or damaged items will be charged accordingly, this includes linens and towels.

8. DO NOT put drinks or play games involving drinks on the pool table or ping pong table. Please don`t forget to put the pool table cover back on after use.

9. The pool cannot be heated.
There is no fee to heat the above ground jacuzzi. It will be on and warm when you arrive, just use the panel on the front of it to turn on the jets. Please remember to put the cover back on it when not in use so it can maintain heat.

10. The BBQ is propane. We only provide what is already in the tank. If the tank runs out of propane, you can refill it at Walmart (2 min away) or any gas station nearby.

11. The fire pit is also propane; turning it on is very similar to the grill. To use it, remove the cover, turn on the gas by pushing and turning the dial. Press the “ignite` button. It will make a clicking noise, then the flames will come on. Please be sure to turn it off after you`re done using it. If the tank runs out of propane you can switch it at the gas station or Walmart. DO NOT ROAST MARSHMALLOWS OVER THE FIREPIT. It’s not that kind of fire pit.

12. NO CONFETTI, silly string, or tape on the walls. Don’t trash the house. The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Anything excessive will incur an additional fee.

13. If you get locked out, let us know. Do not attempt to rip screens or break windows. Those are expensive and we will have to charge you.

15. When you check out, be sure to collect ALL of your trash and put it in the large trash can and wash your dishes.

16. We have outdoor security cameras in the front and back yard for safety issues which we fully disclose. The cameras are only looked at for emergency purposes.

17. If you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged an additional $100 for every extra hour.
