"Check in was decent, front desk assistant seemed a bit rasist"

"I wouldn’t stay here again. It felt very dirty and run down. The sofa bed was so dirty and gross. The fake leather was peeling off and such a mess. I felt so bad my daughter had to sleep on it. I asked for a different room but nothing was available. The carpet was so dirty I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. The extra blankets seemed dirty and had holes in them. The hallway had plastic sheets on the ground. The hotel was very run down. The breakfast was fine. "

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking and good breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable- it was a good choice for us coming to town to pick up our new boat."

"Close to London Bridge. Good parking for trailers. Rooms are clean and adequate. Parking lot and exterior could be cleaner. Breakfast was not great and closed at 9:00 am. "

"Place is a mess. Only upgrade was floor. Blinds falling, drawer bottom missing. Coffee cup had a beer cap in it. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Staff was very nice. "

"Extremely Clean Facilities… I E , rooms, lobby and pool area!! Parking alittle tough do to a lot of larger work vehicles, some taking up more than one space!! Surrounded areas and landscapes very well taken care of!! Easy access to freeway and eating establishments!! Great facility Best Western! I would stay again without hesitation!! Thank you for the memorable service and experience !! "
