"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. Wonderful stay at Union Hotel, Cusco

"Union Hotel Cusco is a delightful place, close to the heart of Cusco. It is built around an inner courtyard that provides a great place a relax and to listen to live music (in the evenings. Kiki, the incredibly cute 3 month old Alpaca rescue, hangs around in this courtyard and greets guests. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and had dinner there one evening. Food was great. The staff are very responsive - out hot water was not so hot and they took care of it right away. I can't recommend this place enough"

"Very comfortable hotel with excellent service from the owner and his son. We only stayed one night, but wish we booked a longer stay. A little hard to find, as there is no sign. Otherwise, location is perfect. For the money, this is tremendous value. "
