The staff was great but the condition of the property is awful. My room smelled weird and there were roaches and bugs that fly out of the sink drain. I also don't like that there is no live staff at night, just a video link to an overseas service rep. There's nobody available for reporting problems to at night. I will never stay here again. The photos misrepresented the property.

Pool was not available for use. That was not a big deal really. They were making improvements during the day, which if you were roomed near could be intense. But they kept the work time to a respectful timeframe. Overall, a very good experience.
