Centrally located in Depot Town atop the fabled Thompson & Co Tap Room, and within a stone's throw of some of the top rated restaurants and coffee shops in Michigan. Two bedrooms with King Mattresses in each ensure you'll be well rested and ready to take on the day. Perfect for a short getaway or extended stay!

Other things to note
As a reminder, this loft is above Thompson and Co, one of the premier restaurants in the area. As such, sometimes noise can be heard from the restaurant below, especially on nights and weekends. For convenience, we include sound machines in each room to help remedy any noise that might be heard from the restaurant below. Depot Town is a lively area, especially on summer weekends, and so we encourage you to join in and experience the fun environment!

Pleasant stay in historic Depot town, the apartment was right in the middle of the historic district, easy walk to several restaurants including a brew pub restaurant right downstairs! Easy drive into downtown Ann Arbor if you prefer more nightlife. Our stay was quiet, beds were comfy and communication with the owners was easy and responsive.

I had a wonderful stay at Chelsea Place while moving my daughter into the University of Michigan as an incoming freshman. The host was amazing—very helpful, attentive, and made the entire process smooth from pre booking to finish.The building itself was perfect: quiet, safe, and centrally located. The unit was beautifully modern, with two spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodated myself, my daughter, and my cousin. We had more than enough space and truly enjoyed the comfort of the home.I would absolutely stay here again as I’ll be traveling back and forth to visit my daughter, London, at school. Highly recommend this condo and host for anyone visiting the area! The photos were exact.

This was a great property to stay in. Great communication with host. The only thing was a wonky TV remote. We even changed the batteries and we could not get the volume to change. The fact that there was construction on the railroad tracks mean we had to go out of our way to get around town. Not a game changer though.
