"It’s a nice Hotel. Friendly staff it’s just getting a little older. Nice place to play golf if your into it. Bar is nice. Restaurant has good food. Had to ask the desk clerk if there was a fee for parking because it was not voluntary information, but yes parking is an additional charge but they give you a in house ticket for the amount. My clerk also wouldn’t help me look up my Bonvoy account so I looked it up myself. The room rates are very competitive priced so overall I would recommend a stay if I travel back through that way."

"The staff are great! Breakfast also pretty good! Hot breakfast available. Waffle maker is a bonus! Pool, hot tub, gym and a relaxing patio are why we stay here everytime we're in the area. The only weird thing is that for the last couple of bookings, we stayed 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned. We had to get towels from the front. The do not disturb sign was in our room. Not sure what we did wrong. No biggie. Just weird. On another note: Room 1101 bathroom light is blinking, air con is making clanking noise, and the toilet tank is busted. Need to jiggle the chain to fill the tank and jiggle again to stop the water. I forgot to let the manager know before we checked out. Still, it's all fixable. We will stay here again!"

"Friendly staff. Our room had a weird musty smell and the temp was hard to regulate. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging and the shower door wouldn't close. The bed was pretty worn in. This property could definitely use some attention."

"Nice property, but bring your own pillows. They were the size of pillows that you would put on a sofa. Clean room, but not a comfortable rest. I requested additional pillows, which were also very small for a king size bed. Small, lumpy, uncomfortable. One elevator was not working. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Sticky substance on the floor of the elevator. Each step resulted in a crackling. One of the elevators did not work for one day."

"I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and was impressed enough with it as a value for money proposition the first time that I decided to stay again the next time I had cause to be in Ann Arbor. All the things I liked about it the first time I stayed here remain good: it's clean and well-maintained. The staff are pleasant and professional. The location is good, especially if you want someplace to escape the crowds and mayhem of downtown at the end of the day. And the onsite restaurant is excellent--for dinner, but also for breakfast and lunch. The thing I really appreciated this time around is that they seem to have read and responded to the one complaint I voiced after my first stay--that they didn't offer simple drip coffee to guests of the hotel in the morning, something even the most basic motels seem to do as a matter of course these days. This time they did, which I really appreciated. I'm not sure if that was a result of my comment or if it's something they do occasionally, but not consistently, and I just happened to be there on before on days when they didn't. But I really appreciated the added amenity this time around. It made all the difference."
