"The hotel is accessible and is conveniently located in a very nice area near the water and with many choices of very nice restaurants. The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is a nice place to stay."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated accommodations at the Sea Latch. We have been coming up to York Beach for 30+ years. We usually rent a home but plans changed and we decided to come up for a long weekend. We were a group of 14 divided into 4 families/4 rooms. We booked it two weeks in advance. We had some minor hiccups with our reservation - one party paid for a Deluxe studio but got a standard room instead. Unfortunately they were booked solid and could not accommodate them. It was disappointing because this family had two adults and 3 adolescents aged 6-13. So the room was very tight for them. But we made it work. After a little bit of aggravation and discussion, they agreed to give a one night refund. (We are still waiting for it to show up in account). But they were very very nice about it and tried to make it better. My last complaint was the dogs in the room directly across the hall from ours. OMG my heart broke for them. They barked and howled the ENTIRE time they were in the room. NON-STOP. The owners of the dogs would leave early in the morning (leave their dogs in the room) and be back in the evening. It was wild and out of control. I let the front desk know that they were howling non-stop. I feel like nothing was done because the next morning, the same thing was happening. Barking and howling. This continued our entire stay. I think something should have been done. Very unfortunate "
"Our stay at the Nevada was spectacular! The decor was fabulous, the vibes were at an all time high and the staff were all amazing! We had one little leak in our ceiling from the room above us and after bringing it to the front desks attention, we immediately were offered a new room - they could not have been more on top of it and accommodating! I would highly recommend the Nevada to anyone who will be visiting York! "
"The location for Union Bluff makes it a great place to stay. I have been coming to this hotel since I was a child and I am now nearly 40. We always stay in the annex, which is very family friendly. Close to everything to walk or just hang out in your room."
"We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views are amazing and I miss the view while enjoying my morning coffee ! We hope to return again ! I used to go to York Beach with my grandparents and I’m glad I could introduce my boys, their wives and my grandchildren to a place that is so special to me ! Be sure to check out Anthony’s on route 1 for great pizza/ sandwiches / Italian dishes to go… nice Hannafords nearby and Stonewall kitchen is a short drive ! "
