Although this property was very clean, I just wanted to point out some things. After checking into the hotel, we were instructed to pull around to the other side of the property where there was a private lot. This lot BARELY fit 3 cars, never mind multiple SUV/trucks. My main complaints may not be a big deal to some but when you’re paying over $285/night, little details mean everything. The over all first look, it seemed amazing. After a few days you start to notice things like the hot water out of the sink takes a good 5 minutes to warm up.There was patio furniture to sit on but no cushions. There was a price sticker on a curtain rod that was plain as day, curtains were on a rod that should’ve been smaller because you had to fight to get the curtains open and closed. There was about a 2 ft section right when you step into the door where the floor underneath the carpet was so soft, it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The cable went out at around 11 pm the night before our last night there. We totally forgot until we came back from our day out the next day so we alerted the front desk. I was told a couple times by two different people that if I had brought it to their attention sooner, the problem might have been fixed. Shame on me for not making a stink about the cable at 11 pm. I absolutely love this area, and the staff was very friendly. Like I said before, it is very clean. If you’re looking for attention to details, this is not the right place for you.
