Lovely hotel

Great hotel could not fault anything. Very clean large room with bathroom breakfast great and the staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again

Nice hotel within a nice walking distance to town

We enjoyed our weekend break to York last weekend,guest house was fantastic place to stay,breakfast was delicious every morning.Owner was lovely and friendly.Will definitely return when we can get away next

Home from home

A wonderful guest house. Hayley is such a great host, full of valuable local information and knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast, and our room was beautiful. Close to York but without all the hustle and bustle and really easy to find.Really looking forward to going back in the near future
