You’re going to want to take advantage of this cutie set in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the City of York. It’s quaint brick exterior with updated landscaping and porch swing are deceiving as to what lies inside. A manicured backyard is yours for the lounging. Stepping inside the front door presents a modern metropolis feel with the recently renovated greys and white tones. Bling accents, mirrors, and chandelier in the living and dining rooms set you in a posh atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen is available for those home cooked meals. A laundry room and half bath are also located on the first floor for easy access and utilization. Walking up the original hardwood steps guests will encounter three nice-sized bedrooms sleekly furnished with all the comforts of home. A bathroom with lots of light as well as a tub/shower combo creates space for a relaxing bubble bath or a quick & dash shower. We needed a place to sleep and shower while at an event for the weekend, this property is incredbily well kept with great attention to detail. We had such a nice time even though we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making our trip that much more enjoyable.

Great place

It was a great place to stay, home away from home while working in the road. Very clean, great location, comfortable beds, owners are great and very quick to respond to you if you have any questions. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Great House

My friend and I from grade school stayed here to celebrate our birthdays and see a play. The house was great. Well stocked and so cute. Loved the front and back porches to sit in the mornings and evenings. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked in the evening and felt safe. The host was great too.

Excellent Choice

The property was as described, photos as well. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Beds were soft and abundant pillows. Completely enjoyed our stay and eat all our favorites from our youth. Love sitting in back yard and watching to robins and bunny. Neighbors were nice as well! Will be back!!!!! Thanks to our hosts for making this available to us!!!

Perfect Location

This fully updated ilder home has all of the character but with a great update and blended style interior. The house is super clean with great bedding and amenities. The decor is ecclectic but so inviting. The owners were super responsive and very responsive. We loved the location which was close to all the historic areas as well as great restaurants. A no brainer stay when in York.

What an amazing experience from booking to departing, the owners communicated very well! From receiving a welcome letter down to having a guest book to sign- every detail was executed to perfection. The space was ample enough for all of us to enjoy- having 2 bathrooms of course was a plus for a group of women lol. The pictures listed are amazing but the place is even better in person! The beds were super comfortable for all of us, staying here there is not one reason for a complaint. We booked this place excited to have a sister staycation and left this place completely restored. Memories were made and if I could give a 100 stars I would. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the York PA area. It’s the ideal location with many restaurants, stores and churches nearby. For anyone looking for a place to stay with a “home away from home” feel, don’t hesitate-book now-this is the place to stay! One more thing although we were all adults this is definitely a family friendly home- even including a kids corner & ample backyard space. Truly no detail left behind!

Our second stay--even better than the first!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home, and we came back for a reason—it truly has everything you need and more. We originally found it for a high school graduation trip and loved it so much that we returned for a college graduation.We were traveling as a family—my wife, my stepson, and I—and the house felt just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. The location is ideal: close to my mom’s house, but also perfectly central to everywhere in York. It was so nice to come back to a place that felt familiar and easy to settle into.The kitchen deserves a special mention—it’s fully stocked and incredibly well equipped. While we didn’t cook this trip, you could easily host a full Thanksgiving dinner there if you wanted to. There was always plenty of coffee on hand, which we really appreciated during the busy graduation weekend.We also loved that the home has so much character. It’s an old-style house, very much like the one I grew up in just up the street. That sense of nostalgia made the stay even more special.The hosts were fantastic both times—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to making guests feel at home. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s rare to find a rental that’s so well appointed and so personally meaningful. A true gem in York!

A very clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect accommodations for a relaxing “besties” weekend. We totally enjoyed sitting on the back porch just catching up. Great place! Perfect location as a halfway point for both of us to meet. Highly recommend !
