"Room was very clean and the hotel is conveniently located near the Monorail Station, as well as, the Aeon Shopping Center in Naha. The staff is very friendly and they go out their way to help all nationalities; Chinese, American, etc."

"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"This place is a very cute adorable room with lots of charm and all the amenities that you need for an overnight stay. Plus, the couple that runs the hotel also has a restaurant that is open on Friday and Saturday nights. The cook is amazing and speaks perfect English. Five stars all around!"
