I love that its got two king size bed in one room. Towels smell aweful, bathroom is stinky. The staff needs train for pushing the luggage. They drop 3 of my luggages and breaks the wheels

Hôtel de standing , beau et spacieux Les repas au restaurant sont excellents et les prix également très très correct La chambre est spacieuse et propre Petit bémol sur le personnel qui devrait savoir mieux parler anglais mais ils restent adorables et bienveillants La piscine est propre et belle Il manque peut être quelque chaises longues (il n'y en a que 2)

Hôtel prétentieux misant tout sur l'apparât.

Personnel pas trop réactif lors de nos demandes justifiées: 2 oreillers alors que nous sommes 3, Climatisation qui goutte dans la chambre..pas de retour, nous avons attendu le lendemain. Dans les prestations incluses devait avoir le petit déjeuner que nous avons dû payer.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, ze geven je echt het gevoel van gast zijn. De Entourage van het hotel is mooi. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd. De airco werkte goed maa maakte wat lawaai. De badkamer was wat krap en de douche bleef constant druppelen. Wat snachts storend is. Wel gemeld maar niet echt opgelost. Het zwembad heeft slechts twee lig bedjes. Overal hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad

Confortable mais extremement bruyant

Hotel très beau, très propre, très confortable. Cependant l'arrivée à été compliquée, pendant 20 minutes on nous a demandé le numéro de réservation 4-5 fois, puis on a attendu longtemps avant d'aller leur demander ou ça en était, ils avaient l'air de nous avoir complètement oublié. On était pourtant les seuls à la réception. Le matin vers 6h il y a une annonce dans des hauts parleurs très fort et des familles d'indonesiens avec enfants se jettent dans la piscine des 6h30 en hurlant (adultes et enfants), tout cela à côté de la réception et personne ne leur dit rien. On a bien essayé de leur expliqué qu'il était tôt et qu'on dormait, ils ont rigolé et n'ont pas arrêté d'hurler. En plus des enfants du personnel qui passe devant les chambres en criant... bref à éviter si vous voulez dormir après 6h du matin.

ジョグジャで低価格でもリゾート感を楽しめるホテル

古いホテルではあるが、とても清潔に保たれている。周辺は静かだが、徒歩圏内にはレストランやバー、屋台が多く立ち並ぶ。ジョグジャでの滞在がとても快適だった。

Nice hotel Building

It was very nice to stay at the Grand Palace. The Pool is nice and everything is clean. Its just a pitty that there are only three comfortable chairs at the pool. The staff is Politly and helps you. The City is by walking 4 min away.

My friends and I were blown away by the excellent service and hisrendered by the hotel staff. The hotel staff never fails to amaze and try their best to fulfill our requests regardless the timing. You can see the effort that the staff put in to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend it to anyone:)

Aircorn at middle night very hot not so good.

Sorry to said no good for the wheel chair. I pitty your staff have to escort every time for the wheel chair.
