Alejado del centro, servicio muy malo.

Muy alejado del centro (40 minutos a pie). Nos cobraron por la 3ª persona, pese a que habíamos reservado habitación triple. pelos por toda la habitación. Servicio muy pobre, se olvidaban de las peticiones que les hacíamos y teníamos que explicar todo varias veces.

Nice hotel

I've stayed in this hotel for three nights and i am impressed with the exterior of the hotel as it was shaped as a battleship which i clearly did not checked on the website when i wanted to book a hotel as i was urgently trying to find one. As for the location wise, our driver told us that it is not located in the area where all the tourist will stay in and im pretty happy by that though? Apart from that not only its a hotel but they had a museum set up right beside the hotel whereby its all about battleship related stuff and they have monuments and tokens of appreciations given from several countries when you are walking up the stairs. The great thing is that its free! Haha. Lastly, as for the staffs they are relatively helpful, kind and well mannered and they are always to provide aid to us when needed. I had a great time staying in the hotel. Kudos and see you guys soon.

Saya dan keluarga senang tinggal di Dermaga hotel dan akan datang lg jika saya berlibur ke jogya cuma ada sedikit miss dengan confirmasi bookingan saya dimana kamar yg saya pesan sudah termasuk sarapan tp dr pihak hotel cuma tertera room only tp pd akhirnya mereka memberi kupon sarapan ke saya...terima kasih..

Budget hotel

I had stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is a little far away from majority of the historical sites and Maliboro Road (Main shopping street). The main problem was catching a taxi at night to return to the hotel- it is very difficult! I was resorted to constant haggling with the becak guys (which cost more than a taxi) to take me back and forth. It is nice to have a supermarket close-by to buy essentials. The room is well sized and the bed is comfortable with modern TV and other amenities (Tea and coffee provided). The shower room was ok, although the towel offered by the hotel looks very dirty (yellowish stain). The hotel breakfast was not that good. On a more positive notes, the staff are very helpful and friendly. A call for a service has a very good response time.
