As far as the staff everyone was courteous, kind, attend to your requests promptly, and always with a smile. That's from the guards, front desk and room attendants. BIG KUDOS to all!❤️"

"The 1st room was facing the street,, traffic noises all night,, did not sleep much,the staff was wonderful,changed to a quite room, but the mattress was bad,,, The morning buffet was very poor in their selections,only watermelon,,a few sides. Beautiful looking hotel inside and out,,,"

We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. "
