Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Spotless cleaned rooms. Each day the staff also make up the room. Very helpful also to hold bags for some time after check out. Excellent location. Room for improvement, possibly mgt to look at better sound insulation. People were checking in at approximately 01:00am in the night and made lots of noise for about thirty minutes, in the room nearby. A general night time passtime in Yerevan seems to be driving / attempting to show off, with loud car engine noise downtown. The windows are not designed unfortunately to keep the noise out. Overall a lovely city center and excellent food.
