The unit is absolutely beautiful, very big and stylish. Comfortable for all to spread out and for families. A few things could use improvements/maintenance; The ducted air con broken and didnt work. 1 out of the 2 wall air cons in living room (which is very large) was broken as well leaving only 1 functioning air con which could not cool the place to a comfortable level. CQ has hot days and the home was too warm with 1 air con in living/kitchen area. I think even if both were working, they would struggle to cool the place down when in peak CQ summer days.2 of the bedrooms don't have aircons or celling fans, so those ppl were very hot and used floor fansNo wifi in the house;Bins were stolen from property so couldnt take rubbish out and had to leave all in the house ;Fridge design doesnt allow it to expel hot hair from behind cupboards so took almost 2 days to cool the drinks to a nice drinkable temperature (All of what we put in there were almost room temp so it struggled to cool them all);1 aircon remote in bathroom didntSome areas of the house was very dusty and 1 guest had hayfever almost all time in the house. Hollie from harcourts was great and tried to help with the air con issue by contacting the owner and buying extra fans.
