Condition, friendly staff, cost, cleanliness, breakfast and overall atmosphere is very similar to some 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in."

"There's a gas station right next to the motel, a Walmart down the road and across the street a few fast food places. It's right off the highway, they are always very friendly, the rooms are always clean. I travel between Denver and Wichita several times a year and this is my go to for price, comfortability, feeling safe, a quiet area of town and convenience. "
