"1. Rooms are smelly - strong stench smell despite changing room and despite so call air freshener being used. 2. The floor in room 2520 was sticky and when I wiped it with a towel, it turned BLACK 3. When I asked for a late checkout, they required Ð100 for checkout between 4pm to 6pm"
