The Innkeepers, Renee and Deborah, are doing a superb job. They are welcoming and professional and the Inn is very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts are outstanding and adequate parking is very close to the main entrance. Our 3 nights at the Inn were quite enjoyable.

This B & B is outstanding. Tucked away and quiet; perfect for relaxing and central to the sights on Cape Cod. On-site parking was perfect as a jumping off point for our trips around the area. The breakfasts we had were delicious, thoughtful, and served in a peaceful atmosphere to create a great start to each day. The room was comfortable and quiet.

My wife, Lora and I were looking for a tranquil place to stay in the Mid-Cape area for a long weekend. The Inn at Yarmouth Port was just what we were looking for. Our hosts, Renee and Debora were very accommodating and friendly. As you can expect of an Inn of this period, there were modern conveniences and an old time charm that made it special. We would definitely visit with them again the next time we’re in Yarmouth.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh water available. While the house is a beautiful antique New England home with tiny, steep steps and the wide plant floorboards are settled as antique homes do, the bathroom was nicely updated. The best part are the inn keepers. They are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I never woke up in time for breakfast but they would leave me a muffin and fruit salad by the coffee machine for when I would get up. I would highly recommend this Inn and look forward to coming back.

Kathleen and Chuck have left no stone unturned in making the Inn the best experience possible. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, the breakfast was amazing and it was an overall perfect place to experience lore Cape Cod!

I brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. We love traveling in the Northeast and were warmly greeted by the owners of the Inn, Deborah and Renee. There is a parking lot with ample space, the rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was served promptly every morning, and the special treat was fresh cookies delivered daily to the room. We enjoyed the proximity to Dennis, Hyannis, and beaches along the inner and outer capes. They're located on a street with a few high quality restaurants (not fast food chains) and some boutique shops. There's also a cafe right across the street, but we did not go there as we had breakfast at the Inn every morning. On one of the days we enjoyed a glass of wine in the yard (BYOB) - there are plenty of birds and bunnies hopping around. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to. They were available for any of our needs! I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth Port Bed and Breakfast for anyone wanting a place to stay at The Cape!!!

Just a wonderful stay. Kathleen and Chuck are gracious hosts. The Inn is absolutely charming and well kept. The breakfast and afternoon snacks are delicious. We had a wonderful time and will be back again in the future.

This B&B is beyond is beyond excellent if there is such a category. In addition to all it offers that I highly rated, it is beautifully furnished and provides all sorts of snacks (including a daily packet of home-baked cookies for each guest) and the most delicious, gourmet breakfast I have encountered in numerous B&B stays around the country and beyond.

The property is so picturesque and idyllic. The staff greeted us so warmly every time we saw them. The food was really good and the chef really put her heart into it for it to taste so good. The staff is accommodating for dietary restrictions. My wife is gluten free so for breakfast, as well as the cookies they left for us in the room, it was all gluten free and so delicious. A great stay in Yarmouth. Will definitely come back and stay here if given the chance!

We spent 4 nights at the Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Renée and Deborah made us feel very welcome with their hospitality. We loved everything about staying at the inn - our room was very comfortable, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the garden and we looked forward to the home baked cookies placed in our room every day (a lovely touch). On one morning we were heading out before breakfast was served and were given a breakfast all packaged up and ready for us to take on our early start - which was much appreciated! Yarmouth Port is a great place to use as a base for exploring the Cape and we’d highly recommend the Inn at Yarmouth Port for an overnight stay or more.
