"Unfortunately, due to the rainy season, I noticed a musty smell in the room and the bedding was quite worn out. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel was quite narrow, and the door was very old and difficult to lock and unlock, making it impossible for me to do it by myself. "We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations. But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t...

They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff. "

"We had a family room with a view of the sea. The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet. There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site. It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel. "

"The location can’t be beat! You’re connected to the Lotte Department Store so you have easy access to shopping and all the great food options. There are also inexpensive restaurants, bars, and cafes that surround the hotel if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Prime example of Korean hospitality. "

"We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!"
