Since this hotel is located in downtown, it is convenient for business travelers/tourists to access Business district/sightseeing spot in Yangon without terrible traffic jam. Moreover, there are many convenience stores, restaurants and street food stands around the accommodation.

ホテルのスタッフは皆さん親切で感動した。 しかし、設備は若干古く、８泊した中で温水シャワーが出たのは３回だけだった。 また、交通量が多い交差点に立地しているので、夜間も車のクラクションが騒がしかった。 値段（一泊３０００円程度）に見合ったホテルだと思う。でも、また利用したい。

Cleanliness: Very Dirty and Smelly

I read the review before placing reservation. The place is quite dirty and smell is not good. The staff who does the cleaning don't even bother to wipe the bathroom mirror and clean the bathroom and toilet bowl properly. And there is a weird smell in the room. They could and should have done their cleaning job a lot better than the current situation. Don't know the staff has poor knowledge on cleaning method or the owner not willing to provide training and cleaning products. Wifi was a bit slow too. Breakfast so so. I prefer to go out and eat. Staff are friendly and helpful
