The main street of town with restaurants, boutiques and bars is also 800m or a 15 minute flat walk from this ideally located property.

Strictly no parties, loud music, smoking, vaping, pets or school leavers.
Please note that the garage is locked with owner's personal items and there is no access to the garage. There is space for two vehicles on the driveway and plenty of free and unlimited on-street parking.
