「This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

「I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which contributed to a great night’s sleep. I would gladly...

「We cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Everything was perfect we were close to everything we wanted to do. Close to Walmart for food and fast food if you need a bite to eat on the go, close to the beaches, and the zip lines, atv park and natural water slides. We stayed 5 days with three teen kids, my husband and myself- we loved the views, the beds were comfortable and the ac was cold when we wanted it (mainly just at night). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for...

「Apartment was in a convenient location close to everything. Room presentation was beautiful and their set up is cozy and roomy. Bathroom is also with perfect water pressure and temperatures. Definitely will be my to go place to stay on my PR trips of availability permits.」

「This precious property is located directly on the river and you can hear the waterfalls from the bedroom windows! The sweet sounds of the coquis are like lullabies after a day exploring this treasure. Will stay again.」

「Grasias por todo 」

「Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...
