"ホテルの入り口が細い路地にあり、看板もないため、どこの建物か分かり難いです。フロントの無いホテルなので、LINEで連絡を取りますが、LINEで送られてくる写真を見て初めて場所が分かりました。建物と部屋は鍵ではなくパスワードで解錠します。ドアノブの上のパネルをタッチすると、数字が表示され、番号入力画面になりますが、最初は何処にパスワードのボタンがあるか探してしまいました。建物は古いですが、よくメンテナンスされて居ます。廊下かをニス臭いです。部屋自体は特に問題ありませんでした。"

"5 Stars, Exceptional Service and Staff! I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay. One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Taiwan!"
