18時頃客室入った時にすぐ匂い感じましたがすぐ連絡してお部屋チェンジ要求しました。その時こちらは18時30分に68階レストランに予約ありのことが伝えました。途中は数回に電話して交渉しましたが全然対応してくれません！結局１時間くらいにかかりました。こちらにお客さんと約束食事時間も遅れてとても不愉快な宿泊でした！

Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues…
