"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large, very clean and had a fabulous view. It would have been a perfect stay except two doors down the guest staying in that room had karaoke so loud it could be heard not only in our room but in the hallway. We finally called the front desk at 11:30pm and were told that they could not hear it on the lobby but “ok”. The music stopped but started again at 5:45am! It got even louder when we were about to check out. This must have been a “special” guest to have these privileges.
Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The first meal pizza was great but when we returned for breakfast the next morning, my husband got his meal and I waited an additional 20 minutes to get mine! We had the older lady for a waitress and we had to ASK her for more coffee and why the wait only to be told “well, they are poaching the eggs”. 🙄😒"
