Central location with walking distance to shopping and attractions such as bell tower, Great Wall and night market. Staff are wonderful and very respectful. AMAZING breakfast spread from latte coffee, yogurts, fruits, salad to cold cuts and main dishes to desert. Stayed four nights and would stay here again and look for Man Xi chain for our next China visit.

This is very good hotel in an iconic building. Perfectly located to explore the city. The service was excellent, the concierge & bell team in particular were attentive & very helpful. In two weeks in China our favourite hotel. Recommended.

Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.
