「Great staff. Wonderful hotel.」

「I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too」

「The hotel looks small from the outside and the check in counter area is small, but the rooms are huge and very comfortable. They have a robot that delivers food to your room. Staff was friendly even though there were a language barrier but they went the extra mile to help.」

「English is not available, this hotel seems to be very local, in spite of an international hotel group. My colleagues mentioned AC doesn’t work properly. Foods and cleaning are good.」

「The room is dirty」

「I stayed here for a few days for Beijing Universal Studios very clean place. Staff was also really good we ordered a lot of Meituan take out. Definitely the place to stay if you're traveling near Universal Studios!」

「Service and room is good. Near exhibition centre. Else nothing much nearby but hotel is full of Chinese culture. 」
