In general location and service are ok , but service person at counter need to do training. Hotel did not consider the customers who locked at hotel due to weather problem, but only take hotel and staffs easy job into consideration.

Mixed Impressions

Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behavior of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby during my stay, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odor in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, I eventually got used to it after the first night. While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality would certainly improve the experience.

El hotel muy bonito, pero pésima noche porque el aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba. Y aunque me dijeron que en media hora se solucionaba, no fue así. La habitación seguía a 28 grados centígrados. Inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.

チェックインの時にアップグレード？すべきと言われ、追加で360元カードで払ったのは謎でした。 レセプションの方のちょっと聞き取りにくい英語&私も英語力があるわけではないので太刀打ちできなかった。 あと、帰国の日のエアポートリムジンバスを前日にも当日朝にもレセプションの方に言ったのに いざチェックアウトの時になったら「予約はしてるか？」と言われ話が通じませんでした。 どうやらHPかQRコードで予約する事務的な作業が必要だった模様。どこにそんな事が書いてあったのか？結局、タクシーで自腹で空港に向かうしかなく 最後の最後にお金が余計に必要になりました（おまけにターミナルを間違われた）。

First time I checked in, the receptionist told me they never had my reservation. So I told him that I booked eith Expedia and I gave him my copy of the bookking. I waited 30 minutes and he told me that he needs to make a new reservation. So I said OK. He never once apologized about having me waiting for this whole check in process. He then gave me a key to the room and when I got to my room, the room was untidy (hasn't been cleaned from the previous guest). I was so disappointed that I had to go back down and complained. But I had to talk to another receptionist as the previous receptionist cannot understand me well. I waited another 30 minutes and finally got a new room without any compensation whatsoever. However the new receptionist did apologize for the mistake. I went to my room being a little upset and when I was showering, the new receptionist called me and told me that the manager would like to upgrade my room. Elaine came to my room and personally apologized for the inconveniences they had caused and hand delivery my new room key. I like how they ended up fixing the problem. However the first receptionist definitely screw up my experience with Hilton. I had stayed at Hilton so many times and only this time I was disappointed.
