The description of this listing is accurate! It is a perfect, small house. We loved staying here this weekend-everything was immaculately clean, and the hospitality was something we hadn’t experienced with even a high end hotel stay. We will most certainly be return guests when we are back in the area!

My fiance and I have traveled to many BnB's, and this one is by FAR been the best. What a amazing stay in Xenia Oh!! This place is under advertised and over dilivers. Every thing was clean, stocked, some refreshments were provided, the bed is unbelievably comfy, and the hot tub was perfect. Thank you SO much for this amazing stay, and we are looking to be back soon and stay at this location for even longer next time.

The house was clean, the garage was handy to use to store bikes on the car rack and auto. The host made the stay very enjoyable by providing candy in a dish, clean towels, hot tub clean, etc. We utilized the laundry this time, nice to return home with clean clothes. This is the 4th. time we stayed @ the perfect small house, always a good experience.
