"We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door and we never got housekeeping. The food was decent and the private beach was nice but we did find a place around the corner called Junkanoo beach it's a 2 minute walk down the beach from island of the seas. the food was amazing, friendly staff, a DJ, beach games, beautiful beach and lots of shells and sand dollars. We went there everyday. It made our vacation worth wild. I do not recommend Island of the Seas and woukd never go back. "

"There was no fridge, microwave, iron or telephone. We saw that other rooms had appliances.The safe was broken. The key card that opens the door after 11pm wasn't working so we were locked outside. The security officer was not in place to let us in and nonchalantly stands in front of the door and says "pull" but didn't indicate that he had pressed the button to let us in. There was no one at the front desk to reactivate our key card when it wouldn't work to open our room door. "

"The location of this condo is fantastic. Great views of the ocean and access to tide pools to the left at low tide and a great beach for the family a 3 minute walk to the right. Bryan was amazing with his recommendations and super responsive and beyond helpful. Stay here and you'll have a wonderful time in Freeport!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo it was comfortable and everything was just as described; short walk to the beach and the pool was solar heated. Easy communication with the owner Barry. Shopping is near and an excellent restaurant is in walking distance. Excursions swimming with the pigs and fishing was great and close by. "

"The unit exceeded our expectations! It was HUGE with separate bathrooms for all rooms, which was really nice. The beds are very comfortable and it was very clean. The area is gated and peaceful, and within walking distance to one of the beaches. I’d recommend renting a car, as there is lots to see/do on the island. Roman was very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 experience. "

"Everything about this property is exactly as the owner describes it. It is a stunningly beautiful location on the canal with the ocean in the backdrop. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the large balcony. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including many items to at least get started upon arrival, i.e. coffee, teas, filters, condiments, etc. It is the most equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in for both living and enjoying the outdoors. Communication with the owner was first rate. She was always very prompt with returning calls/messages and was quick to provide solutions or suggestions. Would most definitely rent this unit from this owner again."

"It was a total WOW for all of us!The place has everything you could think of, and even more. We felt right at home and completely safe. Everything was so well organized and labeled, making it easy to know what’s what and where everything belongs.Just a small note: when walking to the beach, be careful as it’s a bit rocky.Also, by the pool, there’s no sign indicating the depth, it would be great to have one for children’s safety.Looking fw to my next stay"
