「Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! 」

「The room was adorable, comfortable, very clean, and walking distance to everything! The only thing that we wish we had known in advance, was how tight the parking was at the property. We brought a king cab pick up with a full bed and it was extremely tight. Had we known, we would have driven a smaller car. I am saying that to make others aware, but it does not take away from an excellent experience. We would not hesitate to book here again!」

「Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock.
