「First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby. I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot.」

Titisee itself was nice, but everything was closed by 7pm, so either make use of the kitchen in the apartment or eat out early! On site parking was included and very handy. Nice touches like an honesty bar and wellness room. Only issue was finding the property as it is down what looks like a pedestrian only street. Some additional instructions to make it...

「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」

「Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...
