My family and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Service was proactive and great. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, and there was no way to reduce the heating because it was set centrally. It was way too hot to sleep with the blanket. Otherwise, the stay was great.

We stayed there for two nights and had terrible experience in the middle of the night. At around 1am, the ceiling lights were turned on by itself! We were terrified because the lights were right above your head and were extremely bright! We turned it off manually immediately, however it went back on within 5 minutes. And then we turned it off again, and it randomly turned on again! This kept going on and on for half an hour. We tried everything before calling the front desk for help, but unfortunately was told that there's nothing they could do. We paid for a five stars hotel but couldn't get a minimal sleep at night. The next day, nobody reached out, nobody came to fix the lights, it was like nothing happened. They eventually changed a room for us upon our strong request, but the overall experience was terrible. We definitely won't go back or recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in the future.
