Zimmer waren sauber und schön groß, allerdings hat die Wohnung verraucht gerochen, besonders die Küche. Die Wassertemperatur war sehr schwankend, besonders beim Duschen unangenehm. Der Hinweis, dass keine Badetücher bereitgestellt werden, wäre nützlich gewesen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Lift, war bei der Beschreibung nicht klar.

Preis-Leistung in Ordnung

Wir haben die Wohnung zu fünft 1 Kleinkind besucht. Im Vorfeld gab es leider etwas Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten, wodurch wir erst kurz vor Ankunft die Modalitäten zum Check-in erfahren haben. Dieser hat dann aber erstaunlich problemlos funktioniert. Uns war dann auch trotz der spontanen Kommunikation noch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt worden (Danke!).Was wir leider etwas schade fanden: als wir angekommen waren, war schon der Abfluss des Wasserhahns im Badezimmer abgebrochen, was erst einmal zu einer kleinen Überflutung geführt hat. Auf die Rückmeldung hierzu wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen. Auch die Balkontür von Schlafzimmer aus war nur eingeschränkt schließbar.Sauberkeit war medium, ca 6/10. Lage aber super, nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof.

Wohnung gut, Kommunikation enttäuschend

Positiv: schöne Lage, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, Stellplatz für das Auto, Balkon, Sauberkeit, Seife und Toilettenpapier vorhanden, Küche mit Mikrowelle und normaler Filter- Kaffeemaschine, etwas Salz wäre super gewesen.Negativ: Mobiliar, Tapeten teils stark abgewohnt, Taubenproblem (auf dem kleinen Balkon baut eine Taube gerade ein Nest, trotz der Abwehrspieße), die Plastiktrauben-Deko, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Eine Haltestange an der Wand gegenüber der Duscharmatur würde den Ausstieg aus der hohen Badewanne sehr erleichtern!Zum Buchungsvorgang: nach der Buchung und Bezahlung keinerlei Informationen bekommen, nie eine Antwort auf meine Mails erhalten. Wir mussten anrufen und sind bei einer Agentur gelandet, die weder mit der Buchungsnummer von FeWo direkt noch mit meinem Namen etwas anfangen konnte. Ein zeitraubendes Telefonat, dann gab es eine Buchungs-ID und eine Lagebeschreibung der Garage, die sich später als falsch herausstelle. Kein Problem, die Schlüsselbox ist nicht zu übersehen und die Dame war freundlich. Den Code der Schlüsselbox sollten wir erst einen Tag später, am Anreisetag erfahren. Also nächsten Tag um 15:30 Uhr nach langer Anfahrt angerufen: wieder Warteschleife, Wartemusik und neue Probleme: diesmal fehlte meine Email-Adresse und dann wurde nach dem ausgefüllten Meldezettel gefragt. Hätten wir gern gemacht, haben aber nie irgendetwas erhalten. Nach vielem Hin und Her gab es den Code, der stimmte. Somit konnten wir per Mail die Daten nachliefern.

Alles wie beschrieben.

Wir waren 3 Tage mit einem Paar aus Finnland um Würzburg zu besuchen. Lage absolut Perfekt und verkehrsruhig. Garage ist eine prima Sache, nun passte meine C-Klasse gerade noch rein. Betten sind gut und straff genug. Ebenso gute Bettwäsche. Küche Tiptop voll ausgestattet mit großen Kühlschrank und getrennten Tiefkühlfach. Bad mit getrennten WC ist gut, jedoch mit Badewanne als Dusche. Könnte für ältere Besucher problematisch sein. Das gleiche gilt für die 3. OG, falls die Treppen ein Problem darstellen. Schöne große Balkon mit Blick zum Weinberg ist Klasse. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die App.perfekt und sauber. Kann gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko Risla, Darmstadt
