"Perfect location for our visit. Quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. A cute apartment which was very clean and well appointed with all the basic needs. Internet war vorhanden, jedoch sehr instabil (alle paar Minuten 1-2 Sek unterbrochen) - Lage zw. zwei Masten - sodass Videocalls und Teilnahme an einem Online-Workshop nicht möglich war und ich früher abreisen musste. Für Personen, die nicht beruflich unterwegs sind hat die Wohnung eine gute Lage, um Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Städte (ECK) zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht mit der Wlan-Problematik. "

"Pros: Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Tiny Haus und uns hat es wieder super gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super , vor allem auch mit Kindern da sehr sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus an sich war super sauber und der Vermieter hat sich super schnell um ein Problem mit der Heizung gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen definitiv im nächsten Jahr wieder."

Die Terrasse (ca. 3x5m) ist auch ausreichend groß für den Tisch mit 3 bequemen Flechtsesseln + Strandkorb, aber keine Abgrenzung zu Nebenterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend in gutem Zustand, da teils schön erneuert (Sofa, Esstisch, Bettgestell), einige Teile sind vermutlich noch auf der Liste (Duschdichtungen, Backofen, Toaster, Matratzen gut aber seitlich abgesackt). Besteck und Geschirr ist komplett vorhanden incl....

Alles sauber genug, alles okay.Die Tiefgarage war trotz passender Abmessungen viel zu eng, also nicht nutzbar. (Die Lackspuren an den Wänden lassen es erahnen.) Mir wurde unkompliziert ein anderer Stellplatz angeboten, was mit ein bisschen Hin und Her verbunden war.Die Wohnung ist leider extrem hellhörig. Man hört nicht nur jedes Husten der anderen...
