In a separate bedroom you will find a double bed and a work desk. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower at your disposal. You can use the building's gym, and a garage space is assigned to the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the modern estate City Marina, right on the banks of the Oder River. It is a perfect location for those who appreciate peace and quiet and proximity to green areas, such as Rakowiecki Forest and Park na Niskich Łąkach. In just a 6-minute walk you can reach Hydropolis, and in 20 minutes you can reach the Wroclaw Zoo and the Afrykarium. 800 meters from the building is the station of the Polinka cable car, which you can use to cross the river.
