House was beautiful, we only had one issue which was taken care of very quickly. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Nice location-very beat up inside

The location of the property was great, close to the sound and a 2 minute walk to the beach. In a very quiet road. Inside there were holes in the wall of the primary bedroom. The shower in the primary bath never drained. Several light bulbs out. Mold in the main floor bathroom and up stairs bedroom in the shower, Shower door fell off track while showering.

Nice, quiet location.

We had a really good time. This loaction is very close to the ocean and the sound. Oceanic pier restaurant is within walking distance too. The rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend! Take Care, The Alphin Family, Jn. 1:17

Perfect location easy to get to beach, sound , local coffee shop .. very safe , clean and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms . Only downside was silverware was just hodgepodge of extra knives, forks etc no steak knife set . And would have liked to be able to be at beach house and cook out on a grill either charcoal or gas would of been fine . But overall certainly something I would re visit

Great location, awesome house and well equipped kitchen

We loved no public parking on street and no outlet. The sound at the end of street was a plus. Highly recommend this home. Only negative was need ceiling fan on the main porch and pot holders in the kitchen

Christmas Destination

Perfect location for a quiet, family Christmas on the beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which my teenage kids enjoyed. Nice family gathering space with beautiful porches.

Perfectly accommodated family of 7

The house is perfectly located on the South end in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 7. Quick and easy beach access across the street, and just around the corner to Sunday's Cafe(great coffee & Acai bowls), The Oceanic (popular restaurant), and the surf shop (bike, paddleboard & surf rentals).

Sunset special

Loved this beach house. A short walk to the beach and beautiful sound sunset views! The house is spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated! the neighbors are all full time residents and super friendly! Such a nice quiet area to just relax and chill out! Will be back again for sure!

Pleasant getaway close to beach.

The process was easy with having a keypad lock so didn't have to pick up a key. The only issue was we weren't able to figure out the TV system. Location was great and neighborhood quiet and close to the beach. Nice porches and decks to sit outside.
