Split into two levels, everyone will be able to enjoy their own piece of paradise. The main level’s open floor plan is home to comfortable oversized couches and chairs, a stone fireplace, an expansive dining room table, and a wall of oversized windows providing stunning views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Charrette below. Returning from a day on the water will be a blast each night, as the chef of the group can whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample countertop space and barstool seating, as the rest of the group enjoys cocktails on the deck or streams their favorite show on the flat-screen TV.

Two bedrooms are also located on the main level. The beautiful primary suite is complete with 2 twin beds, 1 king bed, and a private bathroom with a separate tub/shower and double vanity. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite full bathroom. Also, a third full bathroom is accessible on the main level.

Luxury living continues on the lower level with an additional spacious living area complete with a kitchenette for your convenience. Gather around the dining table for family game night or cozy up on the oversized sectional to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. For your comfort, the lower level also includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom is home to 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, while another is home to 2 twin beds and 1 king bed. The third bedroom is the perfect sleepover venue with 2 twin beds and 4 double beds.

The private dock and sandy beach are perfect for relaxing by the water while the kiddos enjoy a day on the lake with all of the water toys and their own private swimming area.
