My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night.

The plexiglas protection for the hotel staff was my first clue this was not a high class joint. Thank god they didn't have a reservation for us.

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I dialed the desk phone and no one answered. Finally I saw a handwritten sign directing anyone there to call a cell number for service. When I called, I was informed there was no room available. When I told the staff member I had a reservation, they finally came to the desk to tell me that I didn't have a reservation since there were no rooms available, and they directed me to a hotel down the road where I would be staying instead.

The young man at the desk called me fat and talked down to me. He kept calling me “bro” - I asked for a refund and he said “You are never getting a refund from me!” This is not a place I recommend to anyone at anytime.

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cet hôtel car il était surbooké. Comme nous avions réservé et payé avec expedia, ils nous on accommodé d'une chambre dans un autre hôtel pas loin et ca s'est très biens passé la bas. En cas de problème demandez à parler à la dame, c'est elle qui sait comment ca fonctionne car le fils et le mari ont pas l'air de bien s'y connaitre avec le système de réservation.
