"Terrific place for six to stay, three beds a couple of couches lots of floor space wonderfl kitchen, fire pit area, easy access to all of Dubuque yet not in the middle of it."

"The roof was leaking in the lobby but I trust they’ll be speedy about getting it fixed and taking care of any mold there may be! The pool area was really warm and appeared to be clean but the gym could use some work. The equipment is outdated and there’s only 1 bike and 1 treadmill."
