「The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. 「An excellent little studio apartment. It was very clean and communication with the host was great. He both called ahead and sent a detailed message with all check-in information. Parking spots were right by the back door. This was a perfect location to stay near the Icon Event Center, which was the purpose of our trip, and near great restaurants downtown.」
